Before the pandemic and before the company, a group of like-minded professionals met regularly in a shared café community. Through conversation, laughter, and debate, ideas began to take shape. As the world changed, so did opportunity. What began as coffee table discussions evolved into a collective vision SH Capital PCC Ltd.
Today, the team brings together diverse expertise in finance, operations, technology, and regulation, operating from Labuan, Malaysia. One of Asia’s most promising mid-shore financial hubs.

TIM Blanchard - Founder & CEO
Timothy drives the business opportunities, he sees opportunities that others don't and takes a risk first approach.

Timothy has 30 years of trading experience and a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in structures, licensing, business development, marketing, and operational solutions across global brokerage and financial technology sectors.
Previous career he serves as Chief Solutions Engineer at Charterprime, where he leads strategic initiatives that bridge technology and client-driven financial solutions. Before Charterprime, he was the Managing Director of Axis Financial Source Ltd, overseeing business development and marketing strategies for international financial services operations.
Timothy holds an MBA in International Business and maintains professional accreditations including Securities & Managed Investments Accreditation (ASIC RG146) and Financial Analysis Fundamentals (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI). He is also a member of the CFA Institute.
Tylden D'Souza - Chief Financial Officer
Tylden D’Souza is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience spanning corporate banking, entrepreneurship, and digital assets. He began his career with JP Morgan, where he gained strong expertise in traditional finance and risk management.
Tylden later transitioned into leadership roles, combining his financial acumen with entrepreneurial ventures.
Has served as CFO of a leading Web3 firm, he specializes in financial strategy, compliance, and scaling businesses in the evolving world of finance.
He brings a unique blend of institutional rigor and innovative thinking to strengthen governance, drive growth, and build investor confidence.
Tim Bergmeier - Director Product Development
Tim Bergemeier is an accomplished business and technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation and operational excellence across global enterprises.
Tim currently serves as Regional Director for the Middle East and Asia in a global software company, where he oversees regional strategy, business growth, and program management across multiple international markets. His role includes implementing operational frameworks, managing enterprise-level projects, and integrating AI-driven efficiencies into business processes.
Prior to this, Tim held senior positions with QuantumIT, including Regional Sales Director and General Manager of Operations, where he played a key role in expanding SaaS adoption and building strong customer success frameworks. His career also includes project management roles at Diageo, Lloyds Banking Group, DWS, and Telstra, leading major technology and business integration programs across the UK and Australia.
Tim holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from York St John University and has extensive experience in AI for Business, Program Management, and Strategic Partnerships.
